It's Selvana! In addition to managing Sew Precise's production efforts, Selvana also oversees shipping and answers all your customer service inquiries.  


SHIPPING TIMES

Due to the ever changing nature of the COVID-19 crisis, ship times may vary. Normal shipping is within 3 days of your first notification that your item has shipped.

NOTE: Some USPS facilities are not scanning tracking bar codes in order to reduce the chance of contamination - this can mean that your tracking code may show that your package has not been received at a facility, when in fact it is nearly at its destination. But even then, ship times are varying widely from location to location.

If your package has not arrived for more than 10 days since you received your first shipping notification, please contact us (see below).

Returns Policy

We do not accept any returns because our masks are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and we cannot guarantee them as sanitary once they have been shipped.

Shipping

Standard USPS shipping to anywhere in the domestic U.S. is $6.95 per package. We do not ship internationally at this time.
